CUSTOMER SERVICE

CTB005 Customer Service 101

This course provides students with a well-rounded knowledge of the service industry environment. The student will learn techniques associated with sales and marketing, elements of world class service, and the communication process.

CTB006 Customer Service 102

This course is a continuation of Customer Service 101. The student gain the tools and knowledge of world class service, the role of marketing in the workplace, leadership as it relates to the business and how to gain consumer confidence.
Prerequisite/Core requisite: CTB005 Customer Service 101

CTB007 Customer Service 103

This course is a continuation of Customer Service 102. The student will gain further knowledge of world class service and how it plays a major role in business success. The students will learn about organizational change and the emotions that are created.
Prerequisite/Core requisite: CTB006 Customer Service 102

CTB008 Customer Service 104

This course is a continuation of CTB007 Customer Service 103. The students will continue their knowledge of world class service techniques. This course will focus on teamwork, the workers legal responsibilities, ensuring product knowledge and how to resolve customer conflict.

MARKETING STRATEGIES

CTB035 Marketing Strategies 101

The hands-on course will provide the student the basic knowledge and tools of how to establish basic marketing strategies using a market plan and various social media tactics.

CTB036 Marketing Strategies 102

This course is a continuation of CTB035 Marketing Strategies 101. The student will continue their understanding of social media terminology and applications. The student will learn how to design customer oriented marketing and media strategies.
Prerequisite/Core requisite: CTB035 Marketing Strategies 101

CTB037 Marketing Strategies 103

This course is a continuation of CTB036 Marketing Strategies 102. The student will gain knowledge of advanced topics in social media. They will learn how to formulate and manage various social media strategies.
Prerequisite/Core requisite: CTB037 Marketing Strategies 102

CTB010 Developing Relevant & Effective Marketing

This course provides students with knowledge and tools to make relevant and effective marketing decisions.   Topics include designing customer oriented marketing strategies, how to select a target audience, and how to make product decisions.

 

 

NEGOTIATIONS

CTB040 Negotiations I

This course is designed to help students develop an understanding of the types of effective negotiation utilized.

CTB041 Negotiations II

This course is designed to help the students understand the practice of effective negotiations. It will provide a foundation of negotiating planning, the communicative process, and why power is important.
