Become a Nurse

Becoming a nurse generally takes 2-5 years of nursing school. If you want to become a Registered Nurse (RN), you can start your nursing education and career at WATC by becoming a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and then a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Then, by transferring to another area institution from WATC, you may complete an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and become a Registered Nurse (RN). With a few more gen ed classes, which are often taught online, you can finish with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
