BCT105 Microsoft Excel Beginning 2003

This course was designed to give the student the basic knowledge of working with spreadsheet software. The student will be given a foundation to edit, format and manage workbooks.

BCT110 Microsoft Excel Intermediate 2003

This course is a continuation of BCT110 Microsoft Excel Beginning 2003. The student will develop a basic understanding of more advanced topics of working with a spreadsheet. The student will work with functions and statistical tools and working with hyperlinks.
Prerequisite/Core requisite: BCT110 Microsoft Excel Beg 2003

BCT113 Microsoft Excel Advanced 2003

This course is a continuation of BCT110 Microsoft Excel Intermediate 2003. The student will further their knowledge of advanced topics with Excel.

BCT055 Microsoft Excel Beginning 2007

BCT065 Microsoft Excel Advanced 2007

This course is a continuation of BCT060 Microsoft Excel Intermediate 2007. The student will further their knowledge of advanced topics with Excel.

BCT090 Microsoft Excel Beginning 2010

Students will learn how to navigate worksheets and workbooks; enter and edit text, values, formulas, and pictures; move and copy data; learn about absolute and relative references, and work with ranges, rows, and columns. This course also covers simple functions, basic formatting techniques, and printing.

BCT091 Microsoft Excel Intermediate 2010

Students will learn how to use multiple worksheets and advanced formatting options; create outlines and subtotals; create and apply cell names, share workbooks by email; cover advanced charting techniques; use trendlines and sparklines; use worksheet auditing and protection, file sharing and merging, and workbook templates.
Prerequisite/Core requisite: BCT090 Microsoft Excel Beg 2010

BCT092 Microsoft Excel Advanced 2010

Students will work with advanced formulas; use functions such as VLOOKUP, MATCH, and INDEX; learn how to query external databases; and learn about the analytical features of Excel (such as Goal Seek and Solver), running and recording macros, SmartArt graphics, and conditional formatting with graphics.
