This course is designed to help the student understand and gain tools in the role of supervisor. It will provide the student a foundation in how to lead people, teams, and understand the relationship between employee and employer.

CTB056 Supervisory Training 102

This course is a continuation of CTB055 Supervisory Training 101. The student will gain further skills and tools in communication, leading and empowering employees.
Prerequisite/Core requisite: CTB055 Supervisory Training 101

CTB060 Supervisory Training w/Emphasis on Performance Management

This course is a further continuation of Effective Meetings. The student will explore more advanced topics of the human resource environment. The student will be given tools for recruiting employees and to develop training programs.
