Do you know where your next meal is coming from? There are a lot of people who aren’t able to easily answer that question. The Kansas Food Bank’s mission is to provide hunger-relief whenever and wherever it is needed throughout their 85-county service area. They are committed to safeguarding the health, well-being and productivity of food-insecure Kansas families and their children, as well as senior citizens, the homeless and the chronically ill, and all living in poverty. When people donate to the Kansas Food Bank it directly goes to those in need.
WATC is accepting canned and nonperishable food items from February 21 to March 25.
Drop off locations are:
- Southside Center – (commons area)
- NCAT – (staff/faculty lounge)
- NCAT – (student center)
