WATC Implements New Phone Tree System

With the increasing number of calls coming in to the college each day, we are implementing a phone tree system that will help direct calls to the appropriate department and make returning calls more efficient. The new system was implemented December 22. When you call the college, you will be able to select one of the following options:

  1. Locations and Hours of Operation
  2. Advising
  3. Business Office
  4. Financial Aid
  5. Bookstore
  6. Registrar’s Office
  7. GED/Adult Basic Education
  8. Library, Academic Success Center, Testing Center
  9. IT Help Desk

You may select 0 at any time to speak to a receptionist and get transferred directly to a specific person/extension.

We will count on your feedback to help us identify issues so we can resolve them as soon as possible.
