Program Features

The Avionics Technology associate of applied science (AAS) program prepares students to work in the field of avionics technology. Learning opportunities develop academic, technical and professional knowledge and skills required for job acquisition. The program emphasizes a combination of aircraft and avionics theory and practical application necessary for successful employment. Program graduates receive an Avionics Technology technical certificate that qualifies them as avionics technicians.

Choose from an Associate of Applied Science, typically a 2-year program or a Technical Certificate, which is usually completed in a year or less. A Certificate of Completion option is also available to learn one specialized technique or discipline.
