Program Features
Nondestructive Testing Program is a cooperative effort between the WATC and National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR). The Technical Certificate program is a sequence of courses designed to produce a technician who understands NDT’s role in the aerospace industry, and has mastered the American Society for Nondestructive Testing’s coursework for Levels I and II certification. In this program students will complete Levels I and II ASNT competencies for six NDT method including liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, eddy current, visual, radiography and magnetic particle inspection. In addition, the students will have hands on experience in both conventional and composite aerospace assembly methods which will allow them to apply NDT techniques to the aviation industry.

Accreditation, Credit Hours and Cost
The TC of Nondestructive Testing is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
Students interested in this program are eligible to apply for federal financial aid.
