Program Features

The Air Conditioning Technology program is a sequence of courses that prepares students for careers in the air conditioning industry. Learning opportunities develop academic, occupational and professional knowledge and skills required for job acquisition, retention and advancement. The program emphasizes a combination of air conditioning theory and practical application necessary for successful employment. Program graduates receive the qualifications of an air conditioning technician.

Choose from an Associate of Applied Science, typically a 2-year program or a Technical Certificate, which is usually completed in a year or less. A Certificate of Completion option is also available to learn one specialized technique or discipline.
